The Holy Bible, Vamvas' Translation

The first complete translation of the Bible in Greek (1850) by the University Professor, Archimandrite Neophytos Vamvas. In a language of the era of Koraes and a very faithfull translation of the original texts. On the Old Testament it follows the canon of the Hebrew Bible (39 books). This translation, being a “classic”, has served many generations of modern Greeks who could not access the original texts.
